Enquiries and Bookings: Programs and services are initiated via the enquiry form on this Site. A booking is not confirmed until we have mutually agreed upon the session dates and times, payment has been received and your Intake form has been received.
Payments: Once dates are confirmed, payment is required on a pre-pay basis to secure your registration. We accept payments via our approved payment methods, including Stripe and bank transfer.
Service Environment: For virtual facilitated sessions, you are responsible for ensuring a safe, private space with a stable internet connection. For any approved in-home consultations, you agree to provide a safe and secure physical environment for our facilitators.
Changes and Cancellations: Because our facilitated programs run as an 8-session series, consistency is key. Specific policies regarding missed sessions, cancellations, and refunds will be provided during your intake process and are governed by Australian Consumer Law. In the event of a conflict, the terms of your signed Intake form will take precedence over these general website terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
