Thank you for choosing to journey with us at The Redefining Nurture Project. Working one-on-one allows us to tailor the Circle of Security Parenting framework deeply to your specific family dynamics.

To ensure a safe, supportive, and seamless experience for both you and your facilitator within your home or private space, please carefully read through our program details and policies below. Before finalising your booking, you will be required to confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Program Framework

Format: Dedicated individual sessions with an expert facilitator, held in the comfort of your home and tailored to your specific family dynamics.

Time: One 1.5-hour session per week for 8 weeks (12 hours total).

Investment: $800 AUD (equates to $100 per session).

Policies & Service Agreement

1. Investment, Invoicing & Payment

To secure your dedicated weekly calendar blocks and finalise your program schedule, The Redefining Nurture Project operates on an upfront, pre-pay basis.

Program Investment: The total investment for the 8-week private in-home program is $800 AUD (which equates to $100 per 1.5-hour session).

Booking & Payment Process

• Enquiry & Scheduling: Submit our online enquiry form to register your interest. We will then email you to coordinate and confirm a venue and mutually suitable weekly time slot for your sessions.

• Invoicing: Once your session schedule is confirmed, we will email you a detailed invoice. Pay the invoice within two business days to secure your booking.

• Intake Form: Your invoice will include a link to our brief Intake Form. Completing this before your first session is a requirement, as it helps us tailor the program to your circumstances and ensures we have a shared understanding of how our program operates before we begin.

Payment Options

• Credit / Debit Card (Stripe): Pay instantly and securely online using the payment link included on your invoice.

• Bank Transfer (PayID / EFT): If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, you are welcome to use our PayID or bank details listed on your invoice. Please use your Invoice Number as the payment reference so we can easily track your payment.

Booking Confirmation: Your scheduled dates and weekly time slots are only locked into our calendar once your invoice has been paid in full.

Quotes: If you require a formal quote prior to invoicing, please request this on your enquiry form. Issued quotes are valid for 5 working days.

2. In-Home Environment & Focus

Because this program requires reflection and discussion, creating a focused space is essential to getting the most out of your investment.

Private Space: You agree to provide a quiet, private space within your home for the facilitator and yourself to work. This space should be free from significant disruptions.

Adults-Only Environment: To allow you the space to deeply focus and engage—and because we will be directly discussing your relationships with them—children are not able to be present in the room during sessions. If you have a unique situation and require flexibility in order to participate in the program, please contact us to discuss options.

3. Access, Parking & Travel

To ensure our facilitators can arrive safely, carry program materials, and begin your sessions strictly on time, we require reliable travel and parking arrangements.

Location availability: In-home sessions are physically delivered across the Lower North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, CBD, and Inner West Sydney, and are subject to location availability. If your venue sits outside our standard service radius, or if travel constraints cannot be practically met, we may discuss a travel surcharge or transitioning your program to our online delivery mode.

Parking Proximity: You are responsible for ensuring the facilitator has access to legal, safe parking within a short, walkable distance (no more than a 3-to-5 minute walk) from your home.

Included Parking Costs: A standard parking allowance is built into your program investment. However, if your location requires specialised parking—such as commercial parking stations or high-density metered zones exceeding $12 per session—the additional cost will be the responsibility of the participant.

Restricted Parking Zones: If parking is heavily restricted, timed, or notoriously difficult near your home, please flag this with us during our initial email consultation. If legal and accessible parking cannot be secured within these parameters, we may discuss transitioning your program to our online delivery mode.

4. Facilitator Cancellation & Program Continuity

Because the Circle of Security Parenting framework is a progressive, 8-week curriculum where each session builds directly on the last, individual chapters cannot be skipped or standalone refunds issued. In the rare event that an unforeseen circumstance (such as facilitator illness) disrupts our schedule, we operate under the following protocols to protect your learning and investment:

• Facilitator Substitution: To ensure consistency and minimise disruption to your schedule, The Redefining Nurture Project may arrange for our accredited co-facilitator to step in and deliver your session if your primary facilitator is unavailable.

• Single Session Rescheduling: If a session must be postponed and a substitute facilitator is unavailable, the missed content will be rescheduled to ensure the integrity of your 8-week program. This may involve shifting the program conclusion date out by one week, or hosting an online make-up session prior to your next scheduled session.

• Unforeseen Program Cancellation: We are deeply committed to completing every participant’s journey. However, in the highly unlikely event that we are forced to permanently cancel a program midway through the eight weeks due to long-term emergency or illness, you will receive a full refund of your entire program investment.

5. Facilitator Safety & Right to Terminate

The safety of our facilitators and participants is paramount.

Right to End a Session: The Redefining Nurture Project retains the absolute right to end a session immediately, or cancel the remainder of the 8-week program, if a facilitator ever feels unsafe, threatened, or compromised while facilitating in your home or private space. In the highly unlikely event that this clause must be invoked, the session will be terminated immediately. You will be issued a pro-rata refund for any remaining un-facilitated sessions, and our service agreement will be ended.

6. Refunds & Rescheduling

Our facilitators reserve dedicated weekly blocks in their schedules for your private program, which limits their availability for other participants.

Cancellations 10+ Days Prior: A full refund will be honoured for any cancellation request submitted at least 10 days before your first scheduled session.

Cancellations Within 10 Days: No refunds will be issued for requests or cancellations made within 10 days of the program’s commencement.

Rescheduling: If an unexpected conflict arises prior to the start of the program, it may be possible to reschedule your 8-week block to a later date, subject to facilitator availability.

7. Attendance & Catch-Up Sessions

Commitment to the weekly rhythm ensures the momentum and continuity of the reflective parenting framework.

Individual Booking: A private booking is for one designated adult to attend the eight sessions. Registrations cannot be shared between different people across the weeks.

Missed Sessions & Paid Catch-Ups: We understand that life with children is unpredictable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled private session, please notify your facilitator with as much advance notice as possible. To ensure you don't lose the thread of the program and remain eligible for your completion certificate, we offer the option to book a dedicated 30-minute online catch-up session via our secure platform for a fee of $50. These sessions are subject to facilitator availability, but we will do our utmost to fit you in. They are capped at a maximum of two catch-up sessions per particiapant per program and may be conducted by either of our accredited facilitators.

Program & Certificate Integrity: Because each week builds directly on the last, participants who miss a session but choose not to book an online catch-up—or those who miss more than two sessions total—will unfortunately be ineligible to receive an official completion certificate. While you are still warmly welcome to complete the remaining sessions of your program for your own personal learning, a completion certificate cannot be issued, and no refunds can be offered for missed content.

Certificates of Completion: An official Circle of Security Parenting certificate will be issued upon the successful completion of all eight sessions in full (including any approved catch-up sessions).

7. Confidentiality & Mandatory Reporting

Trust is the foundation of our one-on-one work.

Our Commitment: All personal stories, family dynamics, and information shared during your private sessions remain strictly confidential. We will never share your details with external parties without your explicit written consent (e.g. for a testimonial).

Mandatory Reporting: While confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us, our facilitators are registered professionals and mandatory reporters. This means we are legally required to release information to relevant government organisations in circumstances involving a risk of significant harm, or actual significant harm, to children or young people.

By confirming your booking via email and proceeding with payment of your invoice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms listed above.
